Insert hyperlink when I filling out a form

I have designed a form in which I will give the users right to insert a
hyperlink to a document in a document library on Sharepoint.

I have put in a text box on the form, but how can I give the users rights to
insert a hyperlink from the toolbar?

I hope somebody can help me
