insert illustrator drawing to word 2002

when I insert illustrator drawing into word 2002 as
enhanced metafile, only graph shows up and all texts for
the legend disappear. There is also a red cross with
word "Adobe system" on the drawing.

anyone can give me a clue how to fix it? Thanks.
