Insert information to MailItem

Hi:

I want to insert some information to a property of a MailItem. I also want that when people reply it, the information will still remain in the replied mail item because I want to track the emails between us and clients on the same project. Is this possible? If so, which property I should use?

That would have to be the Subject or Body or HTMLBody property, and there's
no guarantee the user won't delete the information.
