In Outlook 2003 when composing email messages in HTML, the 'insert ink'
button on the ink annotations is disabled (grayed out). The eraser button is
still enabled. I still have the option of inserting an ink comment, which
works when I select it. But I want to compose a message using ink, which I
used to do by selecting the 'insert ink' button and switching over to writing
with ink. Any suggestions on what I might have done to accidentally disable
this feature and how I can get it back? Thanks.
