Insert into Access tables using JDBC

I need to insert data into access tables in a mdb file using JDBC - what do I need to do? We are an Oracle shop and a java shop - is there some way I can do this via an Oracle result set - or (please say no) does my company need to purchase a JDBC thin driver that hits Access????
