Insert Item in appointment comes blank

I have a user with Outlook 2003 SP2 that is having trouble with
Inserting emails into her appointments. When she tries to insert ->
item (as text) only the To, From, CC, and Subject fields appear, the
body of the email does get copied into the appointment

The emails she is trying to insert is an HTML message. There are some
HTML messages that are imported fine, but most of them come in with
just the header fields.

Anyone ever heard of this problem or know what would cause it?
