insert item inside rich text box

I am using the infopath rich textbox control as xhtml editor and after
succesfully creating/editting several pages the following error occured.
Trying to edit/change one of my pages the "insert item" button (used to add
repeatable regions) happens to be inside the rich textbox control. Trying to
edit the contents the following error appears:

Only one top level element is allowed in an XML document.

"<div class="optionalPlaceholder" style="WIDTH: 100%" tabIndex="0"
align="left" xd:action="xCollection::insert"
xd:xmlToEdit="paragraph_12">Insert item</div>"

This is Infopath xhtml, why is it placed inside the rich textbox ??

Um, most of your issue is probably that buttons aren't supported inside
InfoPath Rich Text fields. I'm not sure why you're getting the particular
error, but having a button inside the rich text isn't something we're likely
to tell you to do, or even pretend that it will work. Buttons should be on
the View, not inside a control.

Whoa! Do you have one of those forms that you could possibly send to us?

Thanks,

Dear Brian,

The first time this happened i directly removed the error, because tthe form
is operational. Reproducing the error wasn't so easy, so i decided to wait
until it happened again. And today when copying from outlook to the rich text
box the error happend again.

I will send you the form the xml and a screen shot.

The error occurres when copying text from word or outlook with word as
editor) to the rich textbox. Editting the source xml by deleting all MS
noncence html sometimes helps.

Anybody please !!!
