Insert JPG pictures into Bound Object Frame

I make a database of employees and want to link JPG pictures from same
location on disk into Bound Object Frame by Insert Object (on right mouse
click).

Pictures was not displayed, just a few in BMP format.
I want to easy import or delete picture from form.
How to do this?
