We have just made the jump from Office 2000 to 2003 and this is one of
the first major stumbling blocks we have come across. Any new pictures
that we insert into a document using the Insert & Link option end up as
just inserted (changes made to the actual picture are not shown in the
doc even when refreshing links).
I have looked at the field codes (Shift + F9) and it seems that the
spaces in the file path and file name have all been replaced with
"%20". If I edit the field code and remove the %20 and put the space
back, everything works the way it is supposed to.
Has anyone seen this before? Is there a setting somewhere that controls
this? Is there a work around (other than manually replacing the %20
with a space?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Laura
