insert living html objects

I would like to add an object from a web page into my own page. The object
is:
http://www.knmi.nl/neerslagradar/images/meest_recente_radarloop451.gif?95046

I would like to have it updated everytime the page is opened or refreshed. I
have inserted it as an image but than it will never update.

Does anyone know how to get this done?

Sander,

You provided a link to an animated gif that the weather service produced at
a particular point in time. They will generally update that dynamically on
some sort of scheduled basis on their website. For you to provide the same
sort of dynamic updating you will have to import the image directly from the
weather service, and they may or may not allow that. Check with that weather
service to see if they provide a code snippet that you can insert into your
web page via 'insert > html code fragment'. Services such as
http://www.wunderground.com/ and http://voap.weather.com/ do, so you may
have to look for this capability from another service. Go to the bottom of
the home page of the home page of http://www.wunderground.com/ and follow
the links under "Custom Weather Services" to see more details of what I am
describing. I have used http://www.wunderground.com/ services successfully
on my Publisher webs.
