Insert menu in Word

The AutoText drop down under Insert in Word will not reveal the third level
drop downs for "closing", "header/footer", "mailing instructions", "reference
initials" and the rest. 2003 Word version is fully up to date with MS
downloads. How do I fix this so I can use the " " drop downs?

Did you recently save a Word document as Normal.dot? The AutoText entries
you are referring to are stored in Normal.dot. If you attempt to recreate it
using a Word document/template the AutoText entries will not be created.

Try locating Normal.dot and rename it to OldNormal.dot. Word will create a
new one upon starting. If you have customizations in OldNormal.dot these can
be copied to your new Normal.dot using the Organizer found under
Tools/Templates and Add-ins. The Organizer button is at the bottom.

Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for
