I can't find the "insert document" in the Insert menu to import a Power Point
presentation

Go to the Insert menu. It's under "Document as Picture". If you don't see
it, check Help--> About OneNote and make sure that you have SP1 installed.
If you don't have the SP1 (Service Pack One) do Help--> Check for Updates.
