Insert Multiple Pictures (from file)

I was looking for a way to insert multiple pictures into Word. If I
use Insert>Pictures>From File then pick more than 1 picture file, the
order of the files get mixed up in the Word document compared to how
they are selected or listed in the folder.



Any tips you can offer as to how to insert multiple images from a file
and maintain the order in which they are inserted in the Word
document?

This works for me;

INSERT > FROM FILE > I then hold down my CTRL key as I select the pictures I
want then INSERT.

That go into the document in the order they are shown in the folder.

Is that what you want?
