Insert NAme and jod title in Body of the mail

Hi !!!

i am a total amateur where coding is concerned here is what i need

i need a macro that will run automatically when a mail is sent wherein

the recipient name
job title
company name
is inserted in multiple places in the body of the mail...

the name, job title and department should be retrieved from the
contacts
the subject and the rest of the body of the mail remain the same
