Insert name in box and e-mail address appears auto

I want to be able to insert a name into my to box on e-mails and the e-mail
address automatically appears so then when it is sent, if it were to be seen
by other people, just the names of whom I sent it to comes up and not their
full e-mail address? Any help guys?

This is how Outlook already works. It will use the "Display As" value of
whatever contact you add.

Do not imagine for a moment that that accomplishes anything. You are not
hiding the email address.
Outlook will use the Display As field that you specified for that Contact.
That varies with each version of Outlook and you did not specify your
version. You can set your Display As field to be only the name if you want,
but one must wonder why you'd need to.
