Insert object leaves no icon if Office 2003 is installed?

Can someone confirm this? If Office 2003 is installed and you open Task
Information and insert an object in the Notes, you will get an icon with a
picture only if it is not an Office Object. If an Office Object is inserted
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint), then you just get the file name.
