insert...object ....shows full file path (Word 2003 vs Word 2000)

With Word 2000, you used to see just the file name when inserting a Word
file using Insert...Object...from file (display as icon). With Word 2003, it
shows the entire file path ie C:\Documents and Settings\....\filename.doc.

Does anyone know how I could revert back to the old way?
