Insert Office 2K Clipart

I have a macro in Word XP that inserts clipart from Office 2000 Clip
gallery:

Selection.InlineShapes.AddOLEObject ClassType:="MS_ClipArt_Gallery.5"

On execution it causes a run-time error '4198' Command failed.
What is this error caused by?
