insert "one" or "all" based on other cell in table

hi there

am really an excel buff so am a bit lost here, how would i insert "one"
or "all" based on another cell in table?

the value is in a bookmark named "ins"?

help please am in danger of looking like i dont know what i'm doing!!

I think i have it:


{ IF ins = "Bob" "Yes Bob" "Not Bob"}

Yes Bob = (ins = Bob)
Not Bob = (ins = Bill)


You need to pay very careful attention to the spacing around the
operator (the = )- one each side, and remember no commas like in
Excel.

and manually update the cell with the formula
