insert pics

Howdy - I'm sure someone can answer me this very quickly. When I insert a
picture in a word document, the size changes for some reason. It doesn't
seem to change to any particular size, but it's not the size I want!! I want
Word to retain the size of the picture as inserted - what simple thing am I
missing???!!!!!

If the picture is a smaller size after you insert it, Word is probably
resizing it to fit into your margins. You can reduce your page
margins before inserting the image.

no, it's making it smaller but not to fit into margins. it changes a 200 x
200 pick to 80 x 80 for example for no apparent reason....
