Hi!
I am preparing files for course materials. In Excel I create an example
on a worksheet and I add a picture (screen capture) from the Function
Window on the worksheet.
While I do most my work in Excel 2004, courses are given in Windows
versions of Excel. Opening the Mac files in Windows (on Intel machine -
not VPC) shows pictures with height-width ratio changed. And vice-versa.
On my Mac, I use VPC to run Windows versions of Excel to make screen
captures.
Mac made images are too narrow in Windows (width reduced)
Windows made images are too wide in Mac (height reduced)
Right clicking the picture in Windows and pointing to Format Picture >
tab Size, I notice that Height = 98% and Width = 86%. After unlocking
the aspect ratio, I change the Width so its size is also 98%. But I
don't want to change the settings manually in all worksheets.
What can I do to make this work or do I just have to live with it?
Help is appreciated - Rob
OS X 10.3.7 - Excel 2004 - Snapz Screen Capture
Windows 2000 - Excel 2003 - SnagIt Screen Capture
