Insert+Picture+From File - View Details by Default

When selecting Insert+Picture+From File, I always
immediately change the thumbnail view to the details
view. I have searched everywhere on how to make the
details view my default, but have not had much success.
Any suggestions?

I was sure there was a registry hack to fix this...but this is the closest I can find...see Plan A

I don't think so......Perhaps I imagined it. It was not the "my documents" one I'm sure.

Hello Andi,

The good news is that Office System 2003 will remember your view setting in
the Insert Picture dialog across the applications (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

There was a fix like that listed for Word in Office XP, see
the article below, but I can't get that to work under
PowerPoint since I'm not sure there is a default template.
