Insert Picture From File ?

Running MsWord 2000 on a Windows98SE system ... am unable to Insert Picture
From File ... receive a little red box thingy instead of picture...
Could someone please advise how or what I need to do to get a picture to
insert from file?

The little red box thingy is a place holder and it infers that Word has not
been able to find the picture. Are you sure you're giving it a suitable file
path?
