Insert picture in form

Hi,
During search in the Word discussion group I found the site
http://jay-freedman.info/. I've downloaded the demo form_picture from this
site but cannot seem to make it work for my form. It works once, then it
gives me error or it simply does nothing. The error is bookmark location
incorrect or missing.
What am I doing wrong? Can someone help me out.

The error indicates that your code is putting the picture into the bookmark,
which destroys the bookmark, and then failing to add a new bookmark with the
same name. In other cases you may have the wrong bookmark name or a bookmark
in the wrong location.

Jay, thanks for your offer, but I managed to put it to work. But I'll be
taking another close look at the programming to check how it really really
works for another time. Hopefully I can count on you in the future if I have
more questions regarding this item.
