Insert Picture in HTML Message

Hi,

I use Outlook 2000 on a WIN2K PC with Exchange 2000.

I'm having trouble inserting pictures (Insert > Picture) in HTML formatted
e-mail messages. When I try to insert a picture from a URL, clicking on OK
results in no response - the dialog box stays open. When I insert a JPG from
my PC, I get the following error:

"An error has occurred in this dialog
Error 195:
'undefined' is null or not an object"

I'd be grateful for assistance. Thank you!
