Insert picture into table

How do I insert a picture into a table in Publisher ? I'm trying to create a
webpage with hyperlinked images on the left of other sites, with
descriptions in the right-hand column of the table.

Tables are converted to images in Publisher, so this route is not advisable.
Just create text boxes, and line them up...perhaps even group them with the
images?
