Insert picture into the body of message

Can I insert a jpg (picture) file into the body of a message using VBA code
(SendObject or another way) so I can send this message out to many
recipients? If I try to send a jpg imbedded in an Access report, it does not
display. I can do it manually by Insert/Picture...I need to do it
automatically.
