Insert picture -it shows up behind text - and it is set to inline with text.

When I insert a picture it shows up behind text - and it is set to
inline with text. I could solve the problem by changing the style back
the default normal style template. So I do not have the problem in a
newly created document, and I can solve it by changing style back the
default normal style template. But what have can I have canged in the
style template, that would give this result?
