INSERT PICTURE lost file name/format OFFICE 2003

HAL

Is the only way to insert a picture in an email is to use the HTML format, or
can I also use RICH TEXT?

Second:
I am currently using the HTML format to insert pictures.

When received by AOL members and Yahoo Mail, it is received with the correct
picture name and format (.jpg).
However, When the pictures are received by another person using outlook the
file comes through as UNTITLED with format .bmp

Any Sugggestions?

Thanks,
Hal

Yes only HTML or RTF support OBJECTS INLINE. Plain TEXT will have the
OBJECT as an attachment only.
