Insert picture problem

I use Outlook 2007 on Windows Vista Ultimate based computer,and I cannot
insert picture in new mail or I cannot see pictures in received mails.But
Pictures does not like red X,For example,when I inserted a picture I saw
only window of picture and then I sent this mail ,other
user who is received this mail saw normally,and saw picture.I tried
following steps;
-New outlook profile
-New outlook pst
-Safe mode with networking of windows
-Outlook /safe
-Tools>TrustCenter>Automatic Download>Don't Download pictures in html e
mails..This is unchecked.
-tried html format and rich text format but same..
-Outlook 2007 doesn't use word editor but I tried on Word 2007,there is no
problem in word.
-jpeg or bmp is same problem..

I've forgetten to write following steps

I use Nod 32,and I uninstall it,then I deleted following registry keys

Hkcu\software\microsoft\office\12.0\outlook
hklm\software\microsoft\office\12.0\outlook
hkcu\software\microsoft\office\outlook
hklm\software\microsoft\office\outlook
And
hkcu>sofware>microsoft>office>12>Outlook>Securtiy
I copied of Security temp folder value data,and I paste start>run and
deleted all files in this folder.

I resolved it
New mail>Office button>Editor options>Advanced>Display e mail content > show
picture place holders
uncheck this options.
