I try to add the pictures into the Continuous Forms in Access 2007. After I
finished the whole process, only the picture’s names with extension are
displayed on the Continuous Form (not pictures). What is wrong? Could someone
help me? Thanks!
Here are the steps:
1. Created a table named Test, there is a field called Pictures which data
type is OLE Object
2. Added the pictures (or the path of the picture) into the field on the
table by right clicking on the cell/Insert Object/Create from
File/Browse(Link box checked) a pictures from a file/OK; then on the insert
cell, “Package†is displayed.
3. Created a form using the table Test (On Property Sheet, Default View:
Continuous Forms) and the Pictures field is dragged into the form.
4. When I click on the View (Form) icon, only the picture’s name with the
extension (.JPG) is displayed, but not the picture.
