Insert printouts / Print to Onenote

I'm running XP Home Ed. SP3; Office 2003 SP3, OneNote 2007.
I cannot print documents from other apps. to OneNote. If I try I get an
error message which says; "Onenote cannot find the file you specified"
Neither can I insert doc's as Printouts. When I try this there does seem to
happen something [the original app being opened f.i.]. However the process
halts with error mesage:
"The file you have selected cannot be inserted as a printout, There may be a
problem with the file, or you may not have the right program installed. You
must first install a program that can open and print this type of file, and
then try again."
Anyone any idea what to do?

Menu: Help-Office Diagnostics... without error?

From the printer console, select printer 'Send to OneNote 2007', right
click, click menu item Properties.
Then click button: Print Test Page.

What happens?

When I try to Print Test Page, OneNote Unfiled Notes page opens but is blank.
