Insert Project

I need to know how to turn on the insert project feature.
I have done this in the past but can no longer use this
option. Please Help.

When you do it now, what is the problem/error message?

There is nothing needed to "turn on". It is Menu: Insert/Project ...
Search Help for words "insert project" to learn all about it.
