Insert row in simple table

I created a simple table of four columns by inserting tabs between the
columns. How do I insert a new row( say between lines 3 and 4)? If I place
the cursor at the end the text in a row and press the enter key it wraps in
that column. I place the cursor at the end of text in any column and press
the enter key, it wraps in that column and moves the rest of the row to that
line.

Bob,

To create a new row press Return when the cursor is at the right of
the rightmost column. That creates a new blank row. You can then use
Shift+Tab to return to the leftmost row and enter data for the newly
created row.

Don't press Return in any other column or things can very quickly
become messy. :)
