Insert set number of rows into table based on value in field

I'm working with an Access 2002 adp and i'm looking to insert records into a
table based on a number entered into another table. The senario is tableA
has a field "Employees" which is used to record the number of employees for
a company. I would like to insert the same number of rows into tableB as
number entered in tableA.employees but not sure how to approach this??
any suggestions would be great.

Hi Rob,
depends on what data you inserting there. you can make either a trigger for
tableA with a loop inserting number of entered records, or you can use
form's after update event
