Insert shortcut to a file on a public access drive

Hello,
I have a file which I update almost daily. It an Excel table, is stored
on the public access drive. However, whenever my colleagues try to access
it, they access it from an email attachment I sent last year instead of the
public access drive. Consequently, they do not get the updated version. As
I can't change my colleagues' work habits, is there a way to insert a
shortcut to the file and send the shortcut by email?

Yes, choose Insert-> Hyperlink... and fill in the location to the file.
