Hello.
When using the "Insert Slides From Files" feature of
PowerPoint 2002, I notice the following behavior:
When I click on the "Browse" button, it automatically
displays the contents of the "My Documents" folder on my
PC. This is a great feature if the file I want is located
in this particular folder. However, most of the time, I am
inserting slides from files located in a shared folder on
my network drive.
I frequently insert slides from more than one file located
in this shared network folder. The problem is that after I
have browsed to the network folder and displayed the first
file, when I click the "Browse" button again, I have to
browse through all of the same folders again in order to
get back to this shared network folder again so that I can
select the second file.
Is there any way to force PowerPoint to look in the folder
most recently accessed when clicking on the "Browse"
button?
Thanks!
