Insert sound file?

This seems like it should be simple but I can't figure it out and
nothing in Help helps.
I just want to add a sound file to a Word document so that when anyone
opens it, the sound plays.
I am using Microsoft Office X for Mac.

To be more specific about what I want to do: the document is only one
page. It holds a graphic, a fairly low res JPG. I want this document
to play a particular sound upon opening, or at the least, show a
botton the receiver can see and click on to play the sound file.

Any help?
