insert Symbol

I´m using Office Word 2003. To insert a Symbol, normally I clicked on the Insert menu and then on the Symbol tab. But suddenly the Symbol tab can´t be found in the insert menu. Where can I find it?

Escobar,

You can put the Insert Symbol command back on your menus as follows:

Right click in a blank space on the menu, select "Customize." On the
"Commands" tab in the "Categories" window, select "Insert." In the
"Commands" window scroll until you fine "Symbol" with the Omega icon. Drag
this and drop it on your Insert Menu.
