Insert Task Into Outlook From Access ?

Is it possible to insert a task into Outlook 2k from Access 2k?

I would like to create a popup that pulls in the customer info from the
form we are on along with some other fields such as what date to set the
task for, what time to set the task for, etc, etc.

I would prefer to go to a public folder on the exchange server if possible.

Any ideas or directions to accomplish this would be most appreciated.

but it takes about 30+ seconds to show up if it isn't open)
