Insert Text Field

How do I insert a text field into a table cell in MS WORD 2007? In 2003 you
just click on the forms tool bar which is not in 2007.

It's on the Developer toolbar (which is not displayed by default - check it
from Word Options > Popular). You'll find the old form field tools amongst
the 'legacy tools' in the Controls group.
