Insert text from command button or macro?

Hi folks,

Using Access 2000 to link to webpage.
If I put <b> and </b> before and after text in my
database, it appears bold in the final page.

Is there/ What is the best method to be able to click on
a command button (to a macro?) to insert three or four
characters wherever the insertion point currently is?
