insert text in Word on image from photoshop

i created a bookplate in Photoshop, transferred it to Word, and now need to
be able to insert individual names on the plate. This bookplate will be used
frequently - adding different names. Everytime I click on the Text Box, it
either isn't highlighted or my program switches to Adobe Photoshop Image.
Pleeeeaaase advise - I am extremely frustrated. D

I am guessing you need to specify text wrapping (little dog icon button in
format picture tools) of 'behind text' for your graphic
