Insert text of heading that starts on that page, into pageheader

How can I insert the text of a paragraph with style "Heading .." (say 2) into
the header of a page.
I can not insert a cross reference for the cross reference dialog box asks
you to point to a specific heading paragraph. I can not ask to insert into
the header on top of each page, the paragraph text of the first heading Word
comes across in the page text. Is there an other way? Do I need a some field
code?

You need to use the StyleRef field.

Insert a StyleRef field for that heading style in the page header.
