Insert/update of MEMO data using RunSQL

Hi

I'm wish to use unbound forms so as not to trash my tables directly.

I wish to run INSERT/UPDATE SQL statements on my Access 97 tables.

Everything works fine except for MEMO fields which get truncated to 255
characters. I've searched high and low on the internet and can find no
solution to this problem.

Is there a way of inserting/updating a string greater than 255 characters
using RunSQL???
