Based on the nature of your question - into which I may be reading too much
- don't make the error of confusing Word with a page layout program. You can
draw all the lines you want but that will not constrain the text to those
areas. You can do this sort of thing with Text Boxes, Tables, Columns &
Frames but there is some insight required to have them stay where you want
them if you make further modifications to the content.
Depending on what you are actually looking to do you may be better advised
to use a program such as MS Publisher if you have it available. If not, a
more complete & accurate description of what you hope to accomplish - as
well as which version of Word you're using - would make it easier to offer
some appropriate suggestions.
