Insert Visio Button.DOT

When I start Word 2003 I get a message that says, "The item "Insert Visio Button.DOT" that this short cut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly.
I just loaded Office 2003 and Visio 2003 so why will it not locate the file?

this was my fix for the problem:

c:\program files\microsoft office\office\startup\

i deleted the shortcut to: Insert Visio Button.DOT

after i deleted the dead shortcut, office stopped looking for it and
everything has been running fine since. otherwise anything office
related was trying to find it.

i have no idea why that shortcut was in the startup menu to begin
with.
