insert word file in powerpoint - not as a link

Hi, I would like to insert the actual word document in a powerpoint.
Like if the file was saved on the slide so I can click on the icon to open
the document.

And i would like to be able to send the powerpoint file itself and the
other people are able to open the word document even if they dont have it as
a word file separately.

not sure if you understand my problem...
