Insert word sub-document into master word doc.

Hello,

I'm new to VBA, so please forgive me. I have added a command button to a
page in my master document, but I can't figure out how to make it do what I
want it to:

When my users click on the button, I would like their "My Documents" window
to open. Then, once they've browsed for the correct file, I want the file to
be inserted into that page of the master.

Any suggestions?
