Inserted picture not showing in Outlook HTML email?

Using Outlook XP, I try copy and pasting a picture from one email into
another email (HTML), but the picture doesn't show. If I copy some text with
it, the text shows, but NOT the picture.

Can someone tell me what's wrong here?
